Per Vehicle,  10-day tour                                                           $3,000+GST
Per Vehicle, 15 Day Tour with Explore WA                              $4,900 INC 
             Additional people -                                 $500+GST

Tour booking cancelation fees;

Booking deposit - 20% of tour booking fee

(Booking deposit reserves a place on the tour, the balance of the tour fee is due 90 days prior departure which will then confirm your booking on the tour)

Cancelation prior 60 days of departure date .............  20% of tour booking fee is forfeit

Cancelation within 60 days of departure date .............  50% of tour booking fee is forfeit
 

Other booking conditions;

• Tours will be either confirmed or cancelled 90 days prior to departure departuere date

• Per vehicle cost of $2,500 is for up to 2 occupants per verhicle 

• Every care for the safety of vehicles and occupants is taken; however all passengers and vehicles participate at their own risk

• Recovery of disabled vehicles is the responsibility of vehicle owners

• We strongly recommend insurance for vehicle recovery along with travel insurance which includes medical evacuation

• We reserve the right to cancel or alter tours for the safety of participants and for any unforeseen events.
